DRUTEX HAS LAUNCHED THE SECOND STAGE OF THE EUROPEAN FENESTRATION CENTER!

DRUTEX has completed the investment connected with the construction of the second stage of the Europaes Fenestration Centre. Hundreds of nieuw jobs will be created in the second part of the production hall covering more than  25 000 square meters, and production capacity will ultimately  increase to 7 thousand ramen a day. The investment will enable further automation and optimization of operations.  

The completed investment is the second part of the huge production hall built within the Europaes Fenestration Centre. The first part, that was built in 2014 with production and kantoor space, covers more than 30 000 m2. Right now PVC raam and deur systeemen are manufactured there, as well as composite glas and hardened glas.

Currently, modern machines for production of PVC ramen and deuren and lines for manufacturing of composite glas are being installed in the nieuw operational 2nd part of the production hall that is 120 m x  194 m big. There is also own research laboratory used for testing houtwork kwaliteit, equipped with cutting-edge machines. The first floor will hold kantoor space, conference rooms and the company showroom.  

The second stage of the Europaes Fenestration Centre constitutes another milestone in the company development, since it gives us extra production capacity when it comes to increasing the potential, as well as enhancing our product assortiment. The innovatief space that complies with production needs, completed with staff facilities, will definitely facilitate all internal and external processes in the company. It is a step towards bigger optimization of our operations and increasing efficiency. The nieuw part of the hall is not our last investment of this kind. We already know that it is still not enough and therefore we are planning further factory enlargement. Especially that sales results in Polen and abroad motivate us to undertaking other investments and do not let us rest on our laurels – says Leszek Gierszewski, the president of DRUTEX S.A.

The Europaes Fenestration Centre covers the area of more than 91 000 square meters. The company produces PVC houtwork, as well as aluminium and hout ramen and deuren, hout and aluminium systeemen, rolluiken, PVC profielen and composite glas. Big production capacity, combined with speed of operations and the 7-day delivery all over Europa, give the company the position of the leading player in Europa. Innovaties and investments that just in the last three years have exceeded 220 million PLN, allow for a dynamic increase in sales figures. DRUTEX closed last year with income of 620 PLN and more than 19% sales increase.
