Drutex – the best employer

We have successfully defended the prestigious title awarded by Forbes as the best employer in ‘Construction’ category for the second time in a row.  
The absolute Forefront of Polish business takes part in the Forbes ranking conducted each year. Just like this year’s edition – which marked our victory for the second time in a row. 

- The second victory in such a prestigious ranking is a great satisfaction as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest standaards in care for medewerkers and creating optimum conditions for work and staff development.  We have an amazing team that includes over 100 professions – production machine operators, drivers, servicemen, engineers, automation technicians, chemists, electronic engineers, programmers, developers or technicians – comments  Leszek Gierszewski, the founder and president of our company. 

Up to seven thousand ramen a day are manufactured in our halls that cover over 11 hectares. Moreover, we produce topkwaliteit deuren, rolluiken, blinds, facades and serres. Apart from Polen and Europa, we offer our products also in North and South America, Asia, Africa and Australia. Export constitutes over 80 percent of our total sales. We employ 3850 staff which makes us the biggest employer in Pomerania. 

- It is worth mentioning that we are recruiting more and more experts from other regions, which is the best confirmation that we are the most desirable employer not just in the Pomerania voivodship. The ranking was prepared by Forbes in samenwerking with Statista company, the cofounder of the most famous „Best Employers” rankings in the world. This year’s ranking includes 300 companies that were awarded for extraordinary achievements in HR.
