A NIEUW PRODUCT IN DRUTEX OFFER - IGLO LIGHT

DRUTEX during this year Fensterbau Frontale exhibition has showcased its nieuw PVC raam, Iglo Light, that stands out for the modern ontwerp, big glazing surface and great parameters in energiezuinigheid, water tightness, resistance to wind load and air permeability. The original raam systeem is a result of months of work of the company own research and development department and the research laboratory, and it constitutes an answer to the growing Clients’ expectations and market trends. 

The systeem structure, made of the original five-chamber, A-class ,PVC profielen, produced exclusiefly of prime material (non-recycled), stands out for the rounded shape and harmonious appearance. The shape and structure of the modern Iglo Light systeem, of kozijn and sash installation depth of 70 mm, correspond to Iglo 5 raam that is very popular with the company clients in Polen and abroad, already beschikbaar in Drutex offer.

The elegant ontwerp of Iglo Light expressed in the slender and narrow lines of the original Drutex profiel and the central aluminium handle placed on the movable post that is more narrow than the traditional one, of just 112mm width ( kozijn and sash composition is 108mm). This oplossing allows to obtain bigger glas surface comparing to standaard raam systeemen, which guarantees more daylight in the room. It is a perfect oplossing for the trendy raam structures in buildings that are equipped with high and very narrow ramen.

The innovatief feature of the nieuw product is the method of setting of and staal reinforcement structure itself that improves the raam resistance and stability. Thanks to the original ontwerp of the reinforcement chamber, the modern Iglo Light systeem stands out for perfect statics and durability. Although the sash is 8mm lower than a traditional Iglo 5 sash, the reinforcement chamber was decreased by just 3mm, which confirms the hoge kwaliteit and innovatief approach of the systeem.

Iglo Light raam has been equipped with the modern Maco Multi Matic KS fittings with so called handle drive gear that enables its central position on the sash assembly. This oplossing significantly increases the usage comfort and systeem functioneelity making it easy to use.

As a result of the optimum profiel structure and EPDM seal in zwart, grijs and graphite kleuren, and galvanized staal thermal kozijns or optionally the innovatief  Swisspacer Ultimate kozijn that guarantees energy savings even up to 12%* and low-emission glas packages even of  U=0,7 W/(m2K) coefficient, modern Iglo Light ramen also stand out for great energiezuinigheid, water tightness, air permeability and resistance to wind load.

Iglo Light is a perfect combination of elegant appearance, usage comfort and tightness of oplossingen. The raam is beschikbaar in 33 Renolit film kleuren, which allows any interior ontwerp and helps match the raam to the façade. Aesthetic  value is emphasized by the gasket that fills the bottom fitting groove, the rounded glazing bead that matches the profiel shape, and a low balcony drempel.
