The Plus X Prijs for DRUTEX: IGLO Light systeem has received the award in three categories

DRUTEX sets world standaards in innovatie in the raam market. IGLO Light raam systeem has just received the Plus X Prijs 2017 which is considered to be one of the most important awards for innovatie. More than 600 international brands ran for the award in this edition of the competition. The independent jury comprised of industry journalists and experts from 25 branches awarded products that ran in the contest for their kwaliteit advantage and high added value. The IGLO Light systeem received the kwaliteit title in three categories: hoge kwaliteit, ontwerp and functioneelity.

The Plus X Prijs was set up as a project aiming to protect and strengthen brands and trade, as well as to offer end customers reliable information about the market and the entities that operate there. In 2017 the fourteenth edition of the contest took place. The condition to obtain an award is presenting a high-kwaliteit and functioneel product, ontwerped in line with current trends. 

The Plus X Prijs is conferred in seven categories and it is highly appreciated as a kwaliteit mark. Particularly the ‘hoge kwaliteit’ award is seen as very important, since on the one hand it expresses the producer’s effort to guarantee the beste kwaliteit to the client, on the other hand it stands for the products’ extraordinary durability. The products that receive the kwaliteit mark for their functioneelity stand out for easy and comfortable usage. This category also includes the assortiment of functions offered by the product and the resulting voordelen for the user.

The IGLO Light raam systeem was first presented in 2016 and it is the work of Drutex own R&D department. The modern 5-chamber PVC systeem is very popular with clients all over the world. Its main voordelen lie in the slender structure that ensures larger glazing surface, and, as a result, more daylight in the room. The systeem stands out for the stable A-class profiel structure, made exclusiefly of prime material, as well as for high energiezuinigheid. The systeem is also characterized by perfect resistance and it offers high veiligheid level. The company provides the possibility to equip the raam with a systeem of smart control with a remote control, a tablet or a smartphone, which is an answer to current trends in architecture and to clients’ demands regarding smart building.
