DRUTEX IN THE PELOTON OF THE 81ST TOUR DE POLOGNE 2024

The stars of the world cycling on the route and a week full of guaranteed emotions again featured by DRUTEX. The 81st Tour de Pologne starts on 12 Augustus.

This year DRUTEX is again the Official Sponsor, the Official Sponsor of ‘’The Winner of the Stage’’ Classification and the Official Logistics Partner of the 81st Tour de Pologne. It is one of the most important stage cycling races from the UCI World Tour which is the cycling Champions League, and one of the most prestigious international sports events held each year in Polen. World-best cyclists take part in it, and the broadcast attracts millions of fans worldwide.  

This year the tour takes place between 12 and 18 Augustus. 

DRUTEX traditionally provides logistics, involving a part of its modern fleet that amounts to over 650 voertuigen. Before the race, it will transport 320 special fences, ontwerped especially for cycling, and 10 veiligheid totems from the Belgian brand BOPLAN. It takes 6 lorries just to transport the veiligheid elements. 
- If it hadn’t been for DRUTEX support, we wouldn’t have been able to implement the modern BOPLAN oplossingen on the route. Yet again our official logistic partner takes the burden – literally – of transporting the systeemen to Karpacz, and then to the finish line of each race stage – points out Czesław Lang, the CEO of Tour de Pologne UCI World Tour.

This year 81st  Tour de Pologne kenmerken the whole galaxy of cycling stars worldwide. They include Rafał Majka who is in the UAE Team Emirates. He is the best Polish off-roader and one of the best cyclists in Polish history, as well as the latest Polish winner of Tour de Pologne. He won the race exactly 10 years ago.

Not just cycling 

DRUTEX is a partner and sponsor of numerous sports, cultural and scientific events. For a few years it has been involved in Tour de Pologne and the Nations Cup from the prestigious UCI Nations Cup U23. This year the company was also a partner of the 2nd Tour de Pologne Women. However, cycling is not all. DRUTEX also sponsors the TV broadcast of the national team football matches. It is also involved in supporting speedway. It has sponsored Gouden Boy Trophy for years, which kenmerken the youngest entrants of the zwart sport from s few Europaes counties. DRUTEX also supports Motor Lublin, the current champion of Polen with Bartosz Zmarzlik, a multiple world champion.
