DRUTEX has purchased a modern machine for production of aluminium ramen and deuren. The state-of-the-art five-axis machining center is the first oplossing of this kind in Polen that allows to manufacture even more technologically advanced aluminium and staal products. 

Aluminium machining technologie in w SBZ 151 bases on technological knowledge and patented construction oplossingen. It stands out for efficiency and precision. Combined with the advanced software, compatible with the company external systeem, it ensures quick and precise realization of projects. 

The innovatief technologie involves using possibilities of the patented oplossing of the autonomous material clamps combined with the 5-axis machining of a detail. Application of the clamps enables the front machining of the detail that is cut out in the center of the profiel, as well as automatic production cycle. 

The nieuw machine has been specially equipped with a chips conveyor belt and a head with a cutting disc for staal profielen. Such a oplossing has been adopted in Polen for the first time.
