DRUTEX completes nieuw projects in Mexico!

DRUTEX equipped with ramen the plant of the biggest producer of educational bricks in the world. The assembly of the PVC and aluminium houtwork was carried out at the end of 2014 in Monterrey, Mexico. In total the company produced and delivered 3000 sq m of houtwork.

The plant was equipped with PVC ramen and deuren made of Iglo5 systeem in brush aluminium kleur as well as aluminium houtwork. The PVC products were assembled in the production halls and the headquarter whereas the aluminium systeemen were mounted in the kantoor and administrative part of the plant. They were also an element of the partial walls in the main lobby of the building. 

Depending on the respective areas and veiligheid regulations different glas opties like tempered, laminated, frosted and even silkscreen-printed dual pane glazing were mounted, according to the  customer expectations. The delivery of the houtwork took place over a month and was carried out by the see.

The bricks factory in Mexico is not the first DRUTEX investment in Mexico. The company has been selling its ramen on the Mexican market for years and has been successfully implementing another bold projects.

Recently, DRUTEX produced and delivered ramen to Mexican goud mine, which is a part of the Canadian group TOREX Goud and is located in Guerrero. The project included the production and  delivery of aluminium houtwork in wit kleur to be assembled in the administrative buildings belonging to the company. A particular challenge was the assembly of the ramen and deuren due to the specific location of the goud mine - in the mountains, away from civilization.
