DRUTEX S.A. has implemented a New system of aluminium profiles intended for building Winter Gardens as well as other structures like hothouses, porches or ateliers (hobby rooms).
The system enables to achieve even better parameters regarding the energy-saving and safety of the construction.
Winter garden made in the system of MB-WG60 consists of an aluminum roof structure, characterized by high quality, durability and
aesthetics. Additional elements are vertical doors and glazing, fitted between the posts, selected in any system, both PVC, aluminum and wood. The offer is available in a wide range of RAL colors or wood veneers.
The main advantage of the new system is the possibility of building an independent, integrated construction of the roof made of thermally isolated aluminium profiles. The roof made of glass and aluminium in the form of inverted T based on continuous eaves beam profiles and beam boundary, the whole is supported by pillars profiles allows the construction of a structural skeleton of a winter garden with the possibility of filling the holes created in the vertical walls of windows and woodwork independently door pvc, wood, aluminum and enables the formation of even the most complex geometry of the roof.
The system MB-WG60 meets the highest requirements in terms of thermal insulation profiles, leakage of rainwater and air, and ensures proper ventilation with appropriate ventilation devices regardless of weather conditions.
In order to provide the effective rainfall drainage from the roof and the condensate from the interior side of the building, the system is
equipped with an internal gutter integrated with the eaves beam profile and the hinge profile, and the external gutter separable from the eaves beam, what enables change of the winter garden appearance. The total waterproof and wind-resistance is obtained by introducing a continuous EPDM membranes, which also do not allow cold outside air to the internal surfaces of aluminum profiles.
Profile of the external gutter in the system MB-WG60 is independently attached to the eaves beam, which allows to simplify the implementation of the thermal profile of the compartment, and makes it possible to easily create any shape gutter, depending on customer requirements can be shaped any way.
